Alena was walking towards me with purpose when we met. She had a great forward energy and I really liked her cape. She is half British, half Canadian, lived in Belgium until the age of 5 then moved to Switzerland with her Mum. She has been here in the UK for the last 15 years. For fitness she has been using personal trainers for years and has found a way to help them organise their time and clients in a more efficient way.
