Paris at the end of a long but good day I was sitting in a cafe with my husband enjoying the evening sun when Victoria walked passed. I excused myself and was up and away after her like a shot.It was her hat that got me moving. Imagine my surprise when it turned out that Victoria was English and the hat she was wearing was one of her own designs.
