I had never thought of fashion in these terms before and it certainly is food for thought. If I had been setting this up we would have had to get a whole team together and cast the bike and rider for the background. Well maybe the guy on the bike would have looked different, but apart from that I couldn't have asked for more. It is such a kick when you see it all fall into place in the lens. And to have <a href="http://www.thegoldendiamonds.com/">Doina</a> as the main focus of the shot, perfect. <a href="http://www.thegoldendiamonds.com/">Doina</a> is the force behind <a href="http://www.thegoldendiamonds.com/">The Golden Diamonds</a>, her about me says that her biggest dreams are to develop the Fashion Industry in Moldova and also to become a politician. So quite a broad brush of interests. She has certainly been making in roads on the fashion front as I was just reading in her tweets that the shoot for her own collection was taking place on yesterday - Monday. And you will eventually be able to see it and buy it from <a href="http://www.moja.ro/">here</a>. So to give you a flavour of what to expect, the skirt and shirt in the 1st shot are her own design, which she has paired with an <a href="http://www.armani.com/">Armani</a> coat, <a href="http://www.chloe.com/#/en">Chloe </a>shoes and <a href="http://www.ysl.com/en_US">YSL</a> bag. Emily's mum made her this piece. I love the shape it makes and the fact it is blue and grey. I would really love one of these. Both Emily and her mum are designers. Emily is a lingerie designer for Ace Style - they supply a lot of the high st stores. So you could have on some of her designs now ladies. Her mum is a knitwear designer and you can see her work<a href="http://www.joanmurrayknitware.co.uk/gallery.html"> here</a>. It was a love of what her mum did that took Emily on the path she is on and at one point her mum was her teacher. She then went on to study contour fashion at De Montfort Uni. Emily has been at Ace Style for a year and a half now. It is her 1st job out of Uni. Her style influences are 2nd hand shops, 1930's vintage, just looking around and she loves silk and lace and is always drawn to it. Which I guess is a good thing for a lingerie designer. Her surprise was that she preformed ballet for Prince Charles at the Royal Albert Hall as part of one of the Royal Variety Performances. Emily's favourite place in London is Gordon's wine bar near Embankment.
