She has just started her 6 month internship with <a href="http://www.my-wardrobe.com/supertrash">SuperTrash</a>. Her style influence is the 60's and 70's she likes to mix vintage with new. Rachel's favourite place in Amsterdam is the Vondel Park (in the summer). She likes to travel. Her favourite kind of travel is backpacking and is happy walking all day long. You can see it is raining in the shot. One of the amazing things about Amsterdam is the attitude to the weather. Although they have more or less the same weather as the UK when it starts raining they don't run for cover like us they just get on with it. Only if it is too windy will they leave their bikes behind and walk. I don't think I have ever lived anywhere so old before. There has been an a castle on this site since the 1300's however this is not the original as the castle has been destroyed and re-built several times. This is almost how it has looked since the 1600's however it fell into disrepair and refurbishment started again at the end of the 1800's. However now after a super dupper presentation she created she has landed a job as one of the managers of <a href="http://www.selfridges.com/en/Beauty/">Selfridges Beauty Hall</a>. She wanted a change, wanted to do this so went out and got it. I love this story. Her favourite place in London is the Angel for the vintage and the outdoor market. Her favourite place in Manchester (where she spent some time) is the Northern Quarter and especially <a href="http://www.sugarjunction.co.uk/">Sugar Junction</a> tea room. She just got married in September last year in France near her Mum's house. She said it was lots of fun. Her surprising thing was that she has done the worlds largest bungee jump - however I dont think that was on her honeymoon. Style wise she says she knows what will work when she see's it. Though she is not worried if it is fashionable or not. The amazing chunky bracelet is by <a href="http://www.givenchy.com/">Givenchy</a>, his watch is a <a href="http://www.swatch.com/">Swatch</a> and his ring was custom made and is his name in Arabic.

She studies French, Spanish and History of Art at Durham. Paris had a great effect on Victoria. She says she blossomed creatively there. Describing herself as a budding photographer she told me she took lots of pictures during her time in Paris. At the moment she is having fun playing with composition, she also loves the effects she gets from different camera phones and experimenting. Generally she loves fashion photography and styling. I asked her if she is going anywhere during the summer. She said a week in the South of France however she is really enjoying being back in London for now. Her jacket is <a href="http://www.earljean.com/">Earl Jean </a>vintage, the shirt is <a href="http://www.ralphlauren.co.uk/global/V2/default.asp?cid=12&langid=1">Ralph Lauren</a> and the additional gingham collar (which is red and white on the other side) is from Spain.
